Lalique RZ is a green Crystal lettuce with a satisfyingly crunchy, juicy bite. Lalique RZ is a ‘Crystal lettuce’ due to its uniquely uniform-sized, crispy leaves that are thicker than normal varieties. The thicker structure of the leaves, combined with their attractively frilled edges, makes this variety particularly interesting for the foodservice sector because the leaves can withstand heat better than other lettuce types and hardly ever turn bitter. Lalique RZ is ideal for use in burgers and sandwiches, for example, and also very suitable for Asian hotpots and stir-fried dishes.
