Alaine RZ is a dark red Little Gem for outdoor growing. The cylindrical heads fill slowly, are stable in head shape and form a yellow filled heart. The variety is suitable for harvesting as a whole head as well as for harvesting small hearts and also presents itself attractively in duo packs with a green mini Romana. It is slightly larger than most gem varieties. The red little gem Alaine RZ is strong against shooting, dry edge and internal blight.
