Dexter RZ is a white cauliflower variety for both the fresh market and processing. It has a nice, uniform curd with visual appeal and produces a good yield of rounded florets. Dexter RZ can also be harvested as a mini cauliflower. The crop is healthy, has good vigour and strong self-cover. Dexter RZ is suitable for cultivation from early summer until autumn.
