Lavender RZ is a purple-coloured cauliflower variety for both the fresh and industrial markets. The dense curd is smooth and rounded. It retains its attractive purple colour, even after processing. The crop has good vigour and is strong against riceyness. The plants remain clean and healthy, even under stress, and have good leaf wrapping which supports the uniform colouring. Lavender RZ also has good field standability. It takes 75-85 days to mature in spring, 65-68 in summer and 85-100 in early-autumn. This variety is recommended for all production areas.
