Ancoma RZ is a balloon-shaped versatile processsing cabbage with a medium-dense internal structure and mild flavour. Head weights range from 2.8 to 5.0 kg. Its uniform leaf layers qualify this variety for excellent white fresh-cut salads and coleslaw. The plants show reliable vigour and a large frame. As a reliable performer in all growing conditions it can be harvested late season and overwinter in moderate and continental climates, also well suitable for ambient and mid-term cool storage.
