Dunand RZ is a Crystal lettuce with dark green, decoratively frilled and incised leaves which are suitable for processing. Dunand RZ is easy to handle and machine harvestable, thanks to the thick and strongly attached leaves and the upright plant habit. This variety is ideal for year-round production on hydroponics. It achieves good performance in high-density cultivation (three plants per pot). Crystal lettuce is like an open iceberg, with frilled, crunchy and juicy leaves.
